DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE
In compliance with Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data is informed that the processing of your personal data is carried out by General Secretariat of the UPCT-Plaza del Cronista Isidoro Valverde s / n- Rectorate Building 30202. The UPCT is entitled to the processing of personal data based on the provisions of the Article 6.1 c) and e) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be treated with the purpose of attending and verifying your request.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation, and portability through written communication, and attaching a photocopy of the DNI, addressed to the General Registry, (Rectorate Building, Plaza Cronista Isidoro Valverde S / N, 30202) or through the Electronic Office of the University, https://sede.upct.es/. DATA ACCURACY AND VERACITY
The user who is registering personal information at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) is solely responsible for the accuracy and correction of the data included, this University being exempt of any responsibility. The user guarantees, in any case, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and must keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.
